Daily Goods is a Nutritionist-curated "Grab and Go" retail concept in the Financial District of Manhattan. Our proprietary and third party product offering is designed by our Director of Nutrition, Molly Knauer, who has extensive experience counseling private clients on how to eat healthy based on their personal goals. Daily Goods was born out of necessity to address a common problem faced by consumers in NYC: How can I eat healthy, delicious food when I am in a hurry? We source only premium ingredients that are organic wherever possible, and each of our menu items are perfectly packed to take with you. Our menu offering includes Gluten Free, Vegan, as well as protein-packed options.
Director of Nutrition
Molly Knauer is the Director of Nutrition for Daily Goods. In her role, she is in charge of leading the direction and strategy for our in-store products, designing all proprietary menu items, as well as curating our third-party food, beverage and retail offering. Molly is a registered dietitian with her master's degree in clinical nutrition. She works one on one with clients counseling on weight loss, weight maintenance, managing gastrointestinal diseases, and overall healthy eating to help clients attain the confidence and energy to tackle their life's passions. Molly also works as a nutrition consultant for several brands in the food, wellness, and beauty space. She has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Well&Good, New York Post, Observer, and Vogue, and is on the board of City Harvest's "Generation Harvest" and Dr. Brandt Skincare. She lives in New York City with her husband, Matt.
Chris Patt is the Executive Chef for Daily Goods. In his role, Chris works directly with Molly to convert idea generation to execution in our kitchen. Chris brings over 20 years of culinary experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on health and nutrition in a production-kitchen setting. His experience includes being an Executive Chef at a Paleo meal company where he was in charge of the production & packing of 15,000 meals weekly. He has also been an Executive Chef at at a number of health-focused retail concepts in NYC. Chris lives in Park Slope with his wife and daughter, and is a Navy Veteran.
